When will I receive my Titles after a Payoff?
Titles may take up to 30 days to be mailed to you depending on the method of payoff. If your state participates in electronic titling, your title may take longer to get to you, as the state where the unit was titled is responsible for mailing the title to you after the electronic lien release by the bank. Please note there may be fees associated with printing duplicate or paper titles from any state.
Please call customer service at 1-888-545-5777 prior to payoff for better communication regarding when your title will be released and mailed to you.
Florida holds all titles electronically and will not send you your title automatically, but you can make arrangements at your local Florida Tax Collection agency after electronic release of lien to print a paper lien.
